Kapoor & Sons Four Days Collections

Talented young actors Siddarth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt and Fawad Khan teamed up for a youthful romantic entertainer titled Kapoor & Sons. The movie has been directed by Shakun Batra who made his directorial debut with Ek Mein Aur Ekk Tu starring Imran Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan.

Kapoor & Sons features Rishi Kapoor, Rajat Kapoor and Ratna Pathak in the other prominent roles. The movie’s trailer caught everyone’s attention and it was a huge hit all over. The music of Kapoor & Sons too has been well accepted by the music lovers and top filmmaker Karan Johar produced Kapoor & Sons on Dharma Productions banner.

The movie released all over on March 18th across the world and it received stupendous response from the audience all over. Kapoor & Sons opened to 50% occupancy and the movie collected Rs 6.75 crores on its first day. With the stupendous word of mouth, the collections gained momentum and the movie minted Rs 7.75 crores and Rs 11.75 crores on Saturday and Sunday respectively. The movie has been strong enough even on weekday and it collected Rs 5.08 crores on Monday.

Kapoor & Sons collected Rs 31.43 crores in four days which has been huge. The performances by the lead actors along with the emotional content and the gripping narration are the major highlights of the movie.
