Sudeep's acting skills and his specialized characterizations are well known to all. Sudeep has been acting as a main lead along with the negative roles if he is convinced with the script. Rajini himself appreciated Sudeep for his performance in Eega. Now there is a strong grapevine that Sudeep will be seen in a crucial negative role in the climax of Lingaa. Sudheep’s role will be short and crucial as per the latest gossip.

Jagapathi Babu is playing the antagonist role in this film. Rajini himself has assured that this movie will be out for his birthday.
