Akshay Kumar’s Rustom Preponed

Bollywood Superstar Akshay Kumar is one of the most sought actors and he always has number of films lined up. He managed to wrap up 4-5 films every year when his fellow actors have been completing one film per year. He scored a massive hit early this year with the film Airlift which is about the human evacuation. Akshay’s next film Housefull 3 starring Abhishek Bachchan, Ritesh Deshmukh, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri, Lisa Haydon in the other lead roles will hit the screens during June. Sajid - Farhad directed the movie and Sajid Nadiadwala is the producer.

Akshay recently wrapped up the shoot of his upcoming movie titled Rustom which is said to be an action entertainer. Tinu Suresh Desai directed the movie in which Akshay has been showcased as a naval officer. Ileana D’Cruz is the heroine in the movie which has been slated for an Independence Day release. The makers announced that Rustom will hit the screens on August 12th however Hrithik Roshan’s upcoming periodic drama Mohenjo Daro has been slated for release on the same day after which the makers of Rustom wanted to search for an alternate date.

Rustom has now been preponed and the movie will hit the screens across the world on August 5th. Made on a budget of Rs 45 crores, Rustom has been produced by Cape of Good Films and Friday Filmworks.
