Amitabh Shocks Rajinikanth

Big B Amitabh Bachchan has been entertaining the audience from the past 40 years and he has his hands full of films now. He is currently shooting for Te3n in the direction of Sujoy Ghosh and the shoot of the film is currently going on in Kolkata. Amitabh Bachchan prefers to stay away from controversies and he has good relations with everyone in film industry. The latest news is that he has been considered for the negative lead in Rajinikanth’s upcoming movie Robo 2 which is the sequel of super hit movie Robo. Shankar will direct the movie which has been launched officially on December 12^th on Rajinikanth’s birthday.

Amitabh Bachchan revealed saying “I was the first consideration for the negative role in Robo 2. I heard the script that has been narrated by Shankar. I called Rajinikanth but he said that the audience are not ready to see me in a negative role. Hence I denied the offer”. The regular shoot of Robo 2 will start from January and Amy Jackson will play the female lead. Akshay Kumar has been finalized to play the negative lead in the movie and AR Rahman will compose the music. Lyca Productions will produce Robo 2 which will be made on a massive budget of Rs 250 crores. Robo 2 will hit the screens during summer next year.
