Randeep’s film releasing after six years

After being caught up in controversies, it seems that finally the Randeep Hooda - Nandana Sen starrer Rang Rasiya will see the light of the day. The film is a period drama based on the 19th Century popular painter Raja Ravi Verma. Rang Rasiya's bold trailer had faced many censor issues when it was slated to release in 2008. However now after a span of six years, the film is all set to release during Diwali this year.

Randeep has been climbing the ladder of success with films like Highway and the actor is also playing a prominent role in the upcoming Salman Khan - Jacqueline Fernandez starrer Kick too. Hence, the makers of Rang Rasiya believe that his success as an actor will prove beneficial to the film's popularity too. However, the leading lady of this romantic and passionate drama, Nandana Sen has been away from the Bollywood scene after her marriage and now the actress has been asked to fly back from New York to promote the film. Lets see if this movie can create some impact at the Box-office with many biggies around.
