R Balki’s Ka and Ki

Veteran director R Balki has been one of the most talented and innovative directors of Bollywood. His unique script selection and terrific narration made him widely popular and is one of the highest paid directors in the current Bollywood. He has directed award winning films like Cheeni Kum, Paa and Shamitabh which have been critically acclaimed all over. He is known for his huge gaps between his films but this time he is back with his next flick which will start rolling soon. His latest movie Shamitabh released in the first half of this year.

The latest news is that his next film has been titled as Ka and Ki. The movie will have Arjun Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor in the main leads. Big B Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan will play the other crucial roles in the movie. Ka and Ki will start shooting from the first week of August as per the latest news. This flick is said to be on the lines of light-hearted love story and is slated to hit the screens in early next year. Balki is currently busy finalizing the other cast of the movie and R Balki will produce the movie on his own along with Eros International.
