Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif starrer Bang Bang has took the box-office on storm. According to the latest news, this action romantic entertainer has stormed the box office and it collected Rs 27.54 crores on day one. This film which was released in over 5000 theatres has stood at fifth place in all time opening day collections. The movie has been directed by Siddarth Anand and it has been produced by Fox Star Studios. Bang Bang is an official remake of Hollywood flick Knight and Day.

Vishal Bharadwaj’s latest film Haider has opened slow but received very good response at the box-office. Despite of facing tough completion with the budget ‘Bang Bang’, this revenge drama registered good numbers at the box office. According to latest reports, this film which was released in around 1200 screens has collected Rs 6.14 crores on its first day. Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor played the lead roles in this film which also features Tabu and Kay Kay Menon in other prominent roles. This revenge drama which is set in the Kashmir backdrop is the adaptation of William Shakespeare’s Hamlet.
