Superstar Mahesh Babu pinned all his hopes on his next film titled Spyder. Directed by AR Murugadoss, the movie is said to be a spy thriller and is high on action and bio terrorism. Rakul Preet Singh essayed the female lead in the film and the entire shoot of Spyder has been wrapped up recently. Mahesh will be seen as an intelligence officer in Spyder and the post-production work is currently in final stages. The makers are in plans for grand promotions and a massive audio launch in Tamil has been planned in Chennai. SS Rajamouli and Shankar will be the Chief guests for the audio launch.

Spyder has been exceptional with the pre-release business and is the fourth highest among the South Indian movies. The movie’s theatrical rights have been sold out for massive prices and the makers will be earning huge even before the film’s release. The movie has done an exceptional pre-release business of Rs 157.7 crores which is huge. Mahesh has been delighted with the buzz and he is in plans to promote the film completely across Tamil and Telugu states. Harris Jayraj composed the music and the audio of the film will be out on September 9th. A massive pre-release event will take place in Hyderabad on September 16th and NV Prasad, Tagore Madhu are jointly bankrolling Spyder along with Reliance Entertainments banner.
