Superstar Mahesh Babu is one of the most promising actors of Telugu cinema. The actor has been shooting for his next film titled Spyder. Touted to be an action thriller, the movie is directed by AR Murugadoss. The film is currently nearing completion and the talkie part of the film will be wrapped up by today. Couple of songs are yet to be shot and they will be shot during next week. The makers unveiled the first teaser of the movie yesterday and it has been a smashing hit all over. The teaser clocked 5 million views in just a day.

This is a huge record for any South India film till date. The teaser has been still clocking views and is the highest till date. Rakul Preet Singh is the female lead in Spyder and Mahesh will be seen as an investigating officer in the film. Spyder is said to be a film based on bio terrorism and is made on a budget of Rs 110 crores. NV Prasad and Tagore Madhu are jointly producing Spyder and the movie has been aimed for release on September 27th in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam languages. Spyder is carrying massive expectations.
