Ashwin’s Supernatural Thriller is Zero

After Idharkuthane Aasaipattai Balakumara, Ashwin Kakumanu gets experimental in his next film, Zero. The film directed by Arun is a supernatural thriller that has Ashwin and Shivada Nair in the lead roles. "I play a social worker in the film and what happens to the hero and heroine forms the crux. It is not a conventional script and that is what I really liked about the film. Unlike commercial subjects, the story-telling format is different. When I look back, I will be proud of doing this film," says an excited Ashwin. Major portions of the film was shot in Binny Mills. "The makeup in the film is quite interesting. I am looking forward for this one," he says.

The actor has also signed a film with debutant director Manivarma, who worked as an assistant with Lawrence master. The yet-to-be-titled film is all set to start shooting from next month. "It is too early to talk about the project. But the script is different from the ones I've done before," says Ashwin.
