UTV and Sajid Nadiadwala’s Three film Deal

Sajid Nadiadwala is riding high on success this year. Ever since his directorial debut flick Kick has been released, Sajid has been in news. Sajid has been lined up with huge films for release and this versatile film maker is blown away with huge offers from UTV. It’s already known that Eros had acquired Sajid’s next project Housefull 3 even before the start of the shoot for a whopping price of 100 crores.

Now the latest news is that UTV has paid a huge price of 200 crores as minimum guarantee for Sajid’s next three films which include Phantom featuring Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif, Tamasha starring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone and Sabir Khan's next untitled film with Tiger Shroff. The additional revenue will be an overflow and distributed as per the terms. There has no official confirmation regarding this and we are yet to receive it. Saif Ali Khan and Katrina starrer Phantom will release in April 2015. Housefull 3 will start shoot in January 2015. Ranbir’s Tamasha will release in the mid of 2015. More updates soon.
