It's a well known fact in Bollywood that superstar Salman Khan chooses the female leads for all his films and the latest buzz is that the ‘Kick’ star had recommended Sonam Kapoor for his next film ‘Prem Ratan Payo’ directed by Sooraj R Barjatya. According to sources, Sooraj was keen to cast Sonakshi Sinha in his film as the Salman - Sonakshi pair was well received by audiences when they acted together in ‘Dabangg’ and ‘Dabangg 2’.
Sources also added that it was Salman who asked the director not to cast Sonakshi and recommended Sonam as he wanted a fresh pair for this family drama. The film also features Armaan Kohli, Swara Bhaskar and Neil Nitin Mukhesh in other pivotal roles and it is slated to release sometime in 2015. Salman Khan’s recent flick Kick is a huge hit at the box-office.
