Alia Bhatt to Play Dhoni’s Wife

It’s time for biopics in Bollywood and the recent biopics on sports like Bhaag Milka Bhaag and Mary Kom collected huge money at the box-office. There have been lot of rumors about the biopic of Indian Cricket captain MS Dhoni and as per the latest update, Alia Bhatt has been chosen to play the role of Dhoni’s wife Sakshi Singh Dhoni in the movie. The film has been titled as MS Dhoni – The Untold Story. Sushanth Singh Rajput has been finalized to reprise the role of Dhoni in the movie. 

 

There have been lot of rumours that MS Dhoni has demanded Rs 40 crore for the rights of the biopic however, Sakshi Singh Dhoni has clarified the rumours and said that the movie will start rolling in January 2015.  Sushanth Singh Rajput and Alia Bhatt will play the main leads in the movie which will be directed by Neeraj Pandey who is busy with his latest movie Baby with Akshay Kumar. MS Dhoni – The Untold Story will release in the last half of 2015.
