Siddhanth Kapoor for Jazbaa

Jazbaa has been in news for the casting lined up which includes Irrfan Khan, John Abraham, Shabana Azmi and the comeback of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Now the latest news is that the director and producer Sanjay Gupta has roped in Siddhanth Kapoor for the movie who happened to be Shraddha Kapoor’s brother. Sanjay Gupta has earlier worked with Siddhanth in Shootout At Wadala confirmed the news. He said that Siddhanth will play the role of a troubled individual undergoing psychiatric treatment and his role will be crucial in the movie.

Sanjay Gupta also said that he has tried many actors for this role but zeroed Siddhanth Kapoor finally for the role. Siddhanth also will share screen space with Aishwarya Rai in the movie. The movie is said to be an action thriller drama and Aish will be playing a female centric role as a lawyer, Irrfan will be seen as a suspended cop who has lot of problems with the society. Shabana Azmi will be seen as Siddhanth’s mother and John Abraham will be seen in a prominent cameo. The movie has been produced and directed by Sanjay Gupta, the shoot will start from January 2015.
