Akshay Kumar to Lock Horns with Mahesh

Superstar Mahesh Babu tasted his career’s best debacle with Brahmotsavam recently which has been directed by Sreekanth Addala. The family entertainer has been a huge misfire and the audience rejected the film completely. He is now on a holiday with his family and will return back during the mid of June.

The stylish actor signed his next movie in the direction of AR Murugadoss and the film is said to be a stylish action entertainer. Sources revealed that the regular shoot of the movie will start during the mid of July. Shot simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil, the makers roped in Parineeti Chopra to play the female lead.

Sources revealed that Akshay Kumar is in talks to play the main antagonist in the movie. Akshay who will be seen in a negative role in Rajinikanth’s Robo 2.0 is a close friend to AR Murugadoss. On the request of the director, Akshay happened to listen to the script and he signed the movie instantly.

Harris Jayaraj is composing the music and NV Prasad, Tagore Madhu along with Fox Star Studios and AR Murugadoss Productions will produce this untitled movie that will hit the screens during Diwali this year.
