Tollywood is sure a source for employement and many of them have achieved great through their hard work ending up earning crores of money. At the same time, many talented artists and technicians fell short of offers ending up in financial problems. Nagaiah who has been seen in movies like Vedam is currently short of offers and he is suffering with huge financial issues. He impressed the audience with his heart touching performance in Vedam as Sirisilla Ramulu. He has been a native of Guntur and is currently residing in Hyderabad.

Knowing about this, the Telangana government has stepped forward and K T Rama Rao, the Minister of IT and Panchayat Raj handed over a cheque of Rs 1 lakh today. Speaking on this he revealed that Telangana government will work for the development of the poor artists all over. He also said that he informed the news to Rajendra Prasad, President of MAA to rescue such artists and technicians in future. The Telangana government also announced pension scheme for old and poor artists. KTR promised pension for Nagaiah every month. This is really a heart touching moment for everyone.
