NBK’s Gautamiputra Satakarni Launched In Style

Nandamuri Balakrishna completed 99 films in his career and he is now busy with his 100th movie. After listening to many interesting scripts, Balakrishna gave his nod to talented director Krish and the movie has been titled as Gautamiputra Satakarni which is a periodic drama and is about the King Satakarni. The movie has been launched officially on April 8th during Ugadi.

However the movie has been launched in a grand manner today in Annapurna Studios, Hyderabad. Balakrishna personally invited all the film and political celebrities who made their time to attend the event. The event has been graced by Balakrishna, Krish, KCR, Chiranjeevi, Venkatesh, K Raghavendra Rao, Dasari Narayana Rao, Shyam Prasad Reddy, Gemini Kiran, Sai Korrapati, Sriwass, Ali, T Bharadwaj, Singeetham Srinivas Rao, V Vijayendra Prasad, R Narayana Murthy, B Gopal, Rajeev Reddy, Gowtham Raju and others.

Telangana CM KCR gave the muhurtham clap and Chiranjeevi, Venkatesh switched on the camera. The regular shoot of the movie will start from May and the movie will be shot exclusively in Morocco and Hyderabad. Made on a massive budget, Nayanathara will play the female lead and Rajeev Reddy, Sai Babu Jagarlamudi will produce Gautamiputra Satakarni on First Frame Entertainments banner which will hit the screens for Sankranthi next year.
