Oka Laila Kosam opens with Superb Response

Naga Chaitanya had a great year in 2014. His family multi starrer has become a huge hit at the box-office. Naga Chaitanya’s Oka Laila Kosam has been wrapped up long back and should have released during the Dasara festival season. However with several big films lined up for fight, Nagarjuna has decided to wait so that Chaitu will get a solo release. Manchu Manoj’s Current Theega has geared up for release along with Oka Laila Kosam. But due to Hudhud cyclone, Manoj has postponed his film and Naga Chaitanya had a solo and comfortable release yesterday. The movie has opened up with packed houses all over and received very good response.

The movie has mostly received positive response and as per the trade experts Oka Laila Kosam had a huge opening on Day 1. Naga Chaitanya and Pooja Hegde have been appreciated for their performances. The movie is a romantic comedy entertainer directed by Vijay Kumar Konda. Anup Rubens composed the music which has already topped the charts. Nagarjuna Akkineni produced the movie himself on Annapurna Studios banner. With no big releases around, Oka Laila Kosam is expected to have a decent run at the box-office.
