Rajinikanth’s Lingaa in Trouble

Superstar Rajinikanth has been shooting in Shimoga along with Sonakshi for 'Lingaa' directed by KS Ravikumar. The team which has been shooting in different parts of Karnataka, are now shooting at the Linganamakki Dam. The latest buzz is that environmentalists have submitted a petition to the Deputy Collector to stop the shooting of Lingaa at the Dam immediately.

The complaint is to stop the shooting immediately as the film unit is polluting the environment at the Linganamakki Dam. the makers might have to incur some losses since shooting might have to be stalled. The Deputy Collector has apparently sent the petition to the Chief Minister of Karnataka for perusal. Lingaa has been scheduled to be released on Rajinikanth’s birthday, i.e December 12th.
