Legendary Music Director Passed Away

Top music director MS Vishwanathan is one of the most famous music directors in South Indian cinema during 70s and 80s. He has gained immense popularity with his music in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages. The legendary music director has been suffering from breathing problems from sometime and he has admitted in a private hospital in Chennai last month. Vishwanathan recovered well recently and the doctors revealed that he will be discharged in a couple of days. Suddenly his health got deteriorated and he breathed his last today early morning.

Vishwanathan has composed music for over 750 movies in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages and he impressed the critics with this music. Vishwanathan received many awards for his contribution to South Indian music and he worked with all the leading actors and directors during the late 70s and 80s in South. He has close association with Legendary director K Balachandar and he worked with him for classics like Maro Charitra, Akali Rajyam, Anthu Leni Katha and 47 Rojulu. May his soul rest in peace.
