Shankar’s Ai gets a New Title

The much awaited Vikram starrer Ai’ directed by Shankar has a change in its title. This Shankar big budget flick has now been titled as ‘I’ as per the sources. The change of title was intimated by Sony Music India on their official Twitter page. Sony Music South has acquired the music rights of “I”, scheduled to be released Sep 15th. “We are just 5 days away from the #iAudioLaunch! The A.R Rahman Adhiradi #iMusic album is coming your way on Monday! #i,” Sony Music South tweeted on Wednesday.

Mega director Shankar has been designing this movie from the past two years and the movie is made on a budget of Rs.180 crore. The film’s post-production work featuring a lot of visual effects is currently underway. Hollywood star Arnold Schwarzenegger is expected to attend the audio launch of the film, which is produced by Aascar Ravichandran. Audio of the film will be launched on the 15th of September. This film is produced by Ascar V.Ravichandran with a huge budget and stunning production values. Amy Jackson is the heroine and A R Rahman composes music. The film will also release in Telugu with the same name ‘I’ as per the latest update which was titled Manoharudu in the past.
