Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt teamed up for the movie Badrinath Ki Dulhania which is said to be the sequel for Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania. Varun and Alia reprised their roles and Badrinath Ki Dulhania carried massive expectations after the release of the songs and the trailer. Shashank Khaitan directed the movie which is said to be a laugh riot laced with loads of love and emotional drama. Badrinath Ki Dulhania released al over on March 10th and the movie has been declared as a blockbuster.
Badrinath Ki Dulhania minted huge money across the globe and it collected Rs 91.22 crores in 10 days across India which is huge. Badrinath Ki Dulhania has been declared as the first blockbuster in Bollywood this year. The movie has been unstoppable even during the second weekend. Badrinath Ki Dulhania collected Rs 17.56 crores in its second weekend. Karan Johar along with Fox Star Studios bankrolled the movie.
