Diwali Box-office: ADHM and Shivaay

Bollywood filmmakers have been quite cautious about the release dates of their movies. It is Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Shivaay which have been aimed for Diwali release and both the movie shared equal number of screens carrying massive expectations. Ae Dil Hai Mushkil has been directed by Karan Johar and Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Anushka Sharma played the lead roles in the movie. The movie opened to stupendous word of mouth and the movie collected Rs 35.60 crores in its first weekend. The movie also minted Rs 41 crores across the International circles which is huge.
Ajay Devgn’s magnum opus Shivaay has been in talks from the past few months and is one of the most awaited Bollywood film. Ajay Devgn, Erika Kaar and Sayesha Saigal played the lead roles in this movie which has been directed by Ajay Devn. Shivaay managed to mint Rs 28.56 crores in first three days which is decent. Ajay Devgn Productions produced the movie. Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Shivaay are expected to mint decent money in their final run.
