Imtiaz Ali’s Shock to AR Rahman

Talented director Imtiaz Ali scored many massive hits in his career and all his films have realistic and heart touching episodes. His last outing titled Tamasha ended up as an average fare at the box-office starring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles. The director is now busy with his next project which will start rolling soon.

Imtiaz impressed Shah Rukh Khan with the script of his next film which will start rolling from July. The movie is said to be a romantic entertainer and the female lead of the film is currently being finalized. Imtiaz Ali had some of the finest albums in his movies and this is all possible because of AR Rahman. The duo have been much associated from long time and the music for all his recent movies has been composed by Rahman.

The latest news we hear is that Imtiaz roped in Pritam to compose the music for SRK’s movie and the music sittings are currently on. Though Pritam has been busy with multiple projects, Imtiaz wanted Pritam to compose the music for the movie. It’s unknown why AR Rahman has been ignored by Imitaz.
