Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 is a sequel for Pyaar Ka Punchnama  which is about three friends Anshul aka Gogo (Karthik Aaryan), Siddarth aka Chauka (Sunny Singh Nijjar) and Tharun aka Thakur (Omkar Kapoor) who live a luxurious life in an apartment. Tharun earns huge and he is the main source of income for the rest of them. Their life goes cool until three girls enter their life. Ruchika Khanna (Nushrat Bharucha), Supriya (Sonali Sehgall) and Kusum (Ishita Sharma) are the girls that come into their life and the problems start after a while. All the boys come to know that their relationship is waste of time. The rest of the movie is if they come out of this life and manage to live out happily.

The basic plot of the movie has been based on Pyaar Ka Punchnama and the entertainment episodes have been shot well. The complete first half has been racy with all the needed ingredients and entertainment. The interval episodes bring lot of interest and on the whole the complete first half has been decent.

The second half of the movie takes a dip as some of the scenes have been extended. Though it takes some time to gain back the momentum, the entertainment has been carried back well so that the film gets interesting. The pre climax episodes have been emotional and connect well. On the whole the second half of the movie has been entertaining and makes the film a decent one time watch.

Karthik Aaryan steals the show with his energetic performance and he has been quite dominating in some of the crucial scenes. Sunny Singh, Omkar Kapoor have been excellent especially during the scenes that have them common. Nushrat, Supriya and Kusum have been glamorous and impressive throughout the show. All others have been quite decent with their performances.

The story of the movie is based on the plot of Pyaar Ka Punchnama. The screenplay and the dialogues have been written well which are the major highlights of the movie. The music has been apt and the songs have been placed at the right place. The cinematography and the editing have been decent. The production values have been rich and the director made sure that he carried out the needed entertainment throughout the film.

Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 is sure a movie that can be watched for the wholesome entertainment and the funny oneliners. The performance from the lead pairs will leave everyone speechless.
