Veteran director Sanjay Leela Bhansali pinned many hopes on his magnum opus Padmavati which is being made on a massive budget. Deepika Padukone is the lead actress in the movie and she is essaying the title role in the film. Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh are playing other pivotal roles in the film. The movie has been facing lot of troubles right from the start of the shoot. The sets have been burnt, the shoot has been stalled for many days. The shoot of the film is going on in Madhya Pradesh.

The film’s lead actor Ranveer Singh has been injured on the sets of the film which left many in surprise. Apparently, reports state that while shooting the climax Ranveer Singh hurt his head and started bleeding. Post this the actor was rushed to the hospital; however, after being treated Ranveer resumed shooting for the film. In fact, though the accident happened while he was shooting Ranveer didn’t take a break, but instead continued shooting and wrapped the sequence. The movie has been slated for December release this year.
