Varun Dhawan’s Next Shelved

Talented young actor Varun Dhawan has been racing towards the top league of actors among the youngsters after he scored back to back hits in his career. He impressed the audience with his stupendous performance in his films.

Among the latest generation actors, the audience would love to watch Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt on screen. After impressing the audience with Student of the Year and Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, the duo teamed up for the third time and the movie is none other than Shuddhi.

Shuddhi is said to be the dream project of Karan Johar and he roped the young actors to play the lead roles. Karan prepared the script in 2013 but the lead actors have been changed several times. Sources reveal that the movie has now kept on hold and Varun, Alia will go ahead with their other commitments.

“Everytime the lead actors have been changed, the scripting team has been making changes to suit the actors and this time it did not happen. Karan Johar is even busy with his directorial Ae Dil Hai Mushkil starring Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma in the lead roles” said a source.

As per the update, Shuddhi has now been shelved and Karan will work out on the script as it has been announced as his prestigious projects from Dharma Productions.
