Sharukh Khan thanks Salman Khan

Sharukh Khan’s recent film Happy New Year has been released last week on the eve of Diwali and the movie has been mind blowing business and is collecting stunning figures at the box-office. The movie managed to collect 104 crores in its first weekend which is a record for any Indian film. Happy New Year emerged as the first movie to collect 100 crores in three days. The latest update is that Sharukh Khan has thanked Salman Khan for promoting his movie Happy New Year. “I think it is extremely gracious of him to have done that. I thank him from the bottom of my heart because it also takes away from the fact that we don’t have any issues,” said Sharukh Khan.

On the last weekend’s episode of Big Boss, Salman Khan has promoted Happy New Year. Salman also tweeted about the movie through his twitter account. The whole unit of Happy New Year expresses their happiness for Salman’s promotion of Happy New Year. On the other hand during a press interaction Sharukh said that “I don’t follow and read reviews. I have sense of humour and my movies proved that. If a movie has content, no review can stop the movie”. Deepika Padukone, Boman Irani and Sonu Sood played the other important roles in Happy New Year which has been directed by Farah Khan and produced by Sharukh Khan on Red Chillies Entertainments.
