Hrithik charges Huge Sum

It has been already reported that Hrithik Roshan plays the lead role in Ashutosh Gowariker’s ‘Mohenjo Daro’. This period film is already said to be the most expensive and the director has roped in Hollywood technicians. According to the sources, Hrithik who has a huge business is charging a huge sum of Rs 50 crores for this epic romantic film which set in the era of the Indus Valley Civilization. If these rumours are to be believed, the actor will become the highest paid actor. However, sources also added that the actor might cut down his remuneration to take the shares in profits.

Ashutosh is producing this film under his banner Ashutosh Gowariker Productions Pvt. Ltd in collaboration with Disney India and this film is expected to go on floors in October. Miss India Universe 2010 second runner-up Pooja Hegde is roped in as to play the female lead in ‘Mohenjo Daro’. The film will be shot exclusively in South Africa. Ashutosh has roped some Hollywood technicians for this film. In a recent interview Hrithik revealed that the pre production work of Mohenjo Daro has been in swing from the past three years.
