Brahmotsavam Trimmed by 12 Minutes

Superstar Mahesh Babu came out with his recent outing titled Brahmotsavam which has been directed by Sreekanth Addala. The movie released across the world yesterday between huge expectations and the movie received poor response from the audience. The movie released in 3000 screens across the world and the makers have been quite disappointed with the response from the audience.

The movie is now trimmed by 12 minutes and the trimmed version will be available from today. With poor response from the audience and the rainy weather in the coastal region of Andhra Pradesh, the collections have been low even on the first day. The movie made Rs 13 crores across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on its first day. Samantha, Kajal and Praneetha played the female leads in Brahmotsavam and PVP Cinema produced the movie.

Brahmotsavam is said to be the biggest debacle in Mahesh Babu’s career and even in the recent times in Tollywood. Made on a budget of Rs 75 crores, the movie has done a stupendous pre-release business of Rs 95 crores across the world.
