Siddhu (Raj Tharun) is a fun loving guy who completes Hotel Management and plans to move to Singapore for a job. He has a batch of friends who live in his colony and are habitual to small thefts. During this time comes Kumari (Heebah Patel) who relocates from Mumbai and is a model by profession. Though she falls for Siddhu on her first sight, Siddhu takes his time to reveal his love as he has many doubts on Kumari. The rest of the film is what happens finally. The first half of the movie has some good elements which makes it impressive. Some of the episodes have been fresh and the performances by the lead actors elevate the film well. The intimate scenes have been more in number and on the whole the first half of Kumari 21F is a treat for youth.

The second half of the movie fails to recreate the magic of the first half. The movie has not lived up to the expectations and some of the episodes have been dragged too much. The complete second half of Kumari 21F has been completely predictable and on the whole the second half leaves a bad impact on the audience.

Raj Tharun who has done boy to next door characters in his previous films tried a challenging role for the first time. Though the female lead’s character dominated him in the first half, Raj Tharun performed well during the emotional scenes in the second half. Heebah Patel is the main surprise of the film and she has done a bold character in the movie. She has completely dominated Raj Tharun in some of the episodes. All the other actors have been decent.

The story of the movie has nothing much unique to reveal interesting things. The screenplay and the dialogues have been ok. The intimate scenes and the bold episodes are elevated well. The music by Devi Sri Prasad has been good but the songs have not been shot well. The cinematography by Rathnavelu is the major highlight of Kumari 21F. The production values have been good and Surya Pratap has come up with a bold film which will appeal to a section of audience.

Kumari 21F is a big no if you go with your family and will appeal to some sections of youth. Raj Tharun, DSP and Rathnavelu at their best.
