Analysis :

Janda Pai Kapiraju Movie Review

The first half of the movie has been boring and it starts with unwanted narration. Though it picks up pace, the film drops down again and again. The love making scenes have been bad and they test the audience’s patience. The interval scenes have been quite interesting with a good twist. On the whole the first half of the movie has been just Ok.

The second half of the movie starts on a predictable note as the twist has been revealed out. The movie gets slower and Maya Kannan is the only happening for the second half. The character has been written well and the narration has been good. The climax has been predictable and the movie ends on a below average note.

Performance :

Nani has excelled as Aravind and Maya Kannan in the movie. He has been terrific as Maya Kannan and he has been seen in a negative role for the first time in this movie. Amala Paul has been superb as girl next door. Everyone has done their assignments with care and brought out the best quality in performance.

The story of the movie has nothing new to offer except a twist that surprises everyone. The screenplay and the narration have been below the average line. The music of the movie has been decent and the back ground score elevated the film. The cinematography has been excellent and so are the production values. The director has failed in narrating the film in a engaging way.

Final Word:

The movie has nothing much except Nani’s performance and a good social message. It can be ignored completely.
