Composer DSP turns actor

Energitic composer and a rockstar himself, Devi Sri Prasad has finally given the green signal for a full length film. This time he will also act as the film's hero in addition to giving music and the director who will help him take his baby steps is Sukumar. The director is currently busy helping Prince Mahesh to get his scenes right for 1 – Nenokkadine.

DSP will reportedly be shown as a singer in the film, which Sukumar will take up after completing the mysterious thriller with Mahesh Babu. It will be a musical entertainer, taking off from what the composer does best, perform on stage.

With Devi Sri Prasad finally giving the go ahead, DSP fans will have a gala time in anticipation of a full fledged film that will show the all-rounder talents of the music director turned actor. His performances will not be relegated to just one or two songs anymore. It's time for DSP's time under the spotlight.

The shooting for 1 – Nenokkadine is progressing rapidly at Bangkok. This schedule will have Mahesh learning and performing several highly sophisticated action scenes for the film, the music for which is composed by DSP.
