Mega Prince Varuntej is currently running in a low phase. After a massive hit like Kanche, Loafer and Mister ended up as massive debacles in his career. His recent outing Mister has been widely criticised and the actor is quite busy wrapping up Fidaa in the direction of Sekhar Kammula. The movie is said to be a romantic entertainer and Dil Raju is producing the film. Varuntej will then team up with Venky Atluri for a breezy romantic entertainer which will start rolling later this year. BVSN Prasad will bankroll the project.

The actor is said to have given his nod for a script narrated by young director Sankalp Reddy who created a huge sensation with his debut movie Ghazi which released recently. Varuntej is all set to hear the final draft soon after which he is said to take a call. A leading production house will bankroll this prestigious project and the movie is expected to start early next year. Sankalp is currently busy penning the script.
