Superstar Mahesh Babu is currently shooting for his latest movie Srimanthudu in the direction of Koratala Siva which is in final stages of shoot. The talkie part of the film has been wrapped up except a couple of songs. Sruthi Haasan is the heroine and Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer. Rajendra Prasad and Jagapathi Babu will be seen in other important roles in the movie. Mythri Movie Makers are producing the film which has been slated for May 1st release.

It’s already known that Mahesh has signed his next movie Brahmotsavam in the direction of Sreekanth Addala who earlier directed Mahesh in Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu. The movie is currently in pre production and the film will be launched in the second week of May as per the latest update. Mickey J Mayor will compose the music and Prasad V Potluri will produce the movie on PVP Cinemas banner. The other cast and crew for Brahmotsavam are currently being finalized and the movie is said to be a family entertainer with loads of commercial elements.
