Dhanush’s new Film Details

If sources are to be believed, Dhanush is to act in a film directed by Durai Senthilkumar. Dhanush had produced Durai's debut film Ethir Neechal. Sources say the upcoming Dhanush-Durai film will be an out-and-out commercial venture on the lines of Ethir Neechal. If all goes well, work on this film will start early next year. The film is likely to be produced by Kathiresan. A source close to the director confirms, "Yes, Durai is doing his next film with Dhanush once he completes his present film that is tentatively titled Taana. The film, which features Sivakarthikeyan and Sri Divya in the lead, is almost complete with just songs and a few scenes to be shot."

The actor, meanwhile, is currently shooting for Balki's Shamitabh and KV Anand's Anegan. Sources say that only after completing these two projects, Dhanush will start work on his next film in Tamil. It may be recalled that Dhanush had recently announced his decision to cut down on the number of films he commits to in a year.
