Big B excited for Piku

Big B Amithab Bachchan has recently wrapped up the shoot of Shamitabh in the direction of R Balki with Dhanush and Akshara Haasan. He is currently shooting for Piku and Wazir. The latest news is that Amithab has been very much excited about Piku and Shoojit Sircar is directing the movie. Irrfan Khan and Deepika Padukone have been roped up along with Big B in the movie. The first schedule happened in Mumbai in August and September. The second schedule is about to start in November in Kolkata. Speaking on this Big B said “Piku becomes extremely interesting because of director Shoojit Sircar and talented Deepika, Irrfan. There has been lot of excitement on the sets”.

Shoojit Sircar spoke about Piku saying “Piku is an excellent film that will make everyone smile and warm their hearts. We have roped in the best talented actors and the movie is about a father- daughter relationship. I am glad that I got a cast that includes Amithab, Deepika and Irrfan”.  Piku has been produced by MSM Motion Pictures in association with Saraswati Entertainment Creations Limited and Rising Sun Films. Amithab plays the father and Deepika plays the daughter,  Irrfan will be seen as an author in Piku. Shoojit Sircar has scored two super hits with Vicky Donor and Madras Café in the past. There are huge expectations of the movie which will release in 2015.
