Aamir Khan may be visiting Tokyo for work reasons but the actor has more than one reason to celebrate. Firstly, Dhoom 3 is one of the few Bollywood films to be welcomed in Japan and Aamir Khan will be attending the Tokyo Film Festival in October where the film will be screened. Coincidentally, during that time, his wife Kiran Rao will be bringing in her birthday and the actor has decided to celebrate it in the Japan capital itself.

Aamir Khan is known to take up only selective projects since he likes to focus only on one at a time. Currently, the actor is busy wrapping up the second slot of his show Satyamev Jayate, a reality show that throws light on various social issues in India. Post that, he is planning on a vacation and what better place than Tokyo where he can welcome his wife's birthday at the same time rejoice the moment when his popular film Dhoom 3 will be screened. Accompanying the couple will also be their adorable son Azad.
