Big B Amitabh Bachchan came out with a thriller titled Pink and the movie has been taking the box-office by storm. Directed by Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, the movie features Taapsee Pannu, Kriti Kulhari, Andrea Tariang, Angad Bedi, Dhritiman Chatterjee, Piyush Mishra and Mamta Shankar in the lead roles. The movie started off slow at the box-office and with intense word of mouth and reviewers praising the film, Pink emerged as one of the biggest hit in the recent times. The movie picked up gradually and the film made Rs 28.8 crores in five days of its box-office run.

The performances by Amitabh, Taapsee and Kriti have been well praised by the audience all over. The stupendous narration along with the gripping screenplay along with a strong social message made Pink a massive hit. Rashmi Sharma and Shoojit Sircar produced Pink on Rashmi Sharma Telefilms banner. Pink is said to mint huge money in its final run and the film has been making massive figures even on the weekdays.
