Bollywood’s Mr Perfect Aamir Khan is known for his perfect work for the assigned character. He deserves a wide applause from everyone for the levels of dedication. He has been shooting for his next movie titled Dangal which is currently under shoot. Nitesh Tiwari is directing this sports biopic and Aamir Khan will be seen as a wrestler in the movie.

Aamir spent more than six months to gain huge weight for the film. He worked intensively for the character in the movie and he gained huge weight to look huge for the character in the movie as a wrestler. The movie has two different shades of Aamir in which one character has a lean and subtle look.

Afer wrapping up the shoot for the wrestler look, Aamir flied to USA to shed huge weight in crisp time for Dangal. He is said to lose 14 kilos in just three weeks for the film. As per the information from a reliable source, it is revealed that Aamir has been to Arizona and maintained a strict weight loss schedule.

His daily schedule included trekking, cycling, weight loss exercises, swimming and many more which can burn calories in no time. Aamir Khan Productions produced Dangal which has been slated for release on December 23rd during Christmas this year.
