Baby Crosses 50 Crores

Akshay Kumar who manages to have frequent releases at the box-office came up with his latest movie Baby for the Republic Day weekend. The movie has been released on January 23rd and the movie has recived stunning response at the box-office. With a huge positive word of mouth the film grew gradually and gained strength at the box-office. The audience were just left amazed with the gripping narration which has been on the lines of anti terrorism which has been directed by Neeraj Pandey who helmed A Wednesday and Special 26 in the past. 

The movie opened up collecting Rs 9.3 crores on the opening day and the movie picked up on day two by collecting Rs 11.17 crore. On Sunday and Monday the movie has minted Rs 15.60 crores and Rs 14.90 crores at the box-office and Baby collected Rs 50.97 crores in the opening weekend which is huge. The movie also features Anupham Kher, Rana Daggubati , Danny Denzongpa, Madhurima Tuli and Tapsee Pannu in the other important roles. Baby has been running with strong word of mouth and is going strong even on the weekdays and is expected to make huge total in the first week. Akshay Kumar has tasted success after Holiday directed by AR Murugadoss.
