There have been lots of rumors about the biopic on Former Indian captain Mohammad Azharuddin as the lead actors and director have been changed. The real confusion started when director Kunal Deshmukh walked out of the project who is a very close friend of Emraan Hashmi who has been finalized for the lead’s role. There were speculations that both Kunal and Emraan have walked out of the project. However we heard that Boss director Anthony D’Souza will direct the movie.

Balaji Motion Pictures who are producing the film confirmed the news that Anthony D’Souza will direct the movie and Emraan Hashmi is working for the project. They even stepped forward and revealed that Emraan has been training himself for the role of former captain under his supervision. Emraan has been practicing batting regularly and Azharuddin has taken special care about his biopic revealed the sources. The movie will start rolling early next year and will have its release in the end of 2015.
