King Khan Sharukh Khan’s latest movie Happy New Year has been released worldwide on October 24th on the eve of Diwali. The movie has received mixed response but collected huge money in the opening week. The movie managed to collect some stunning figures in the first week and the movie dropped down drastically thereafter. The latest news is that the movie has made its way to the Oscars Library. Sharukh Khan expressed his happiness on Happy New Year selected for the Oscars Library.

 

The Library of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences has selected the screenplay of Happy New Year to their collection. The Library will add the screenplay which will be made accessible for the students, actors, writers and filmmakers for research. The collection of Oscar Library has grown to more than 11, 000 movies from 1910 to the current date. Sharukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood, Abhishek Bachchan and Vivan Shah played the main leads in Happy New Year which has been directed by Farah Khan and produced by Sharukh’s Red Chillies Entertainments.
