Priyanka Chopra’s Madamji Updates

Priyanka Chopra has been selective in moves after building up a lot of craze and fan following in Bollywood. Priyanka always has shown interest for women centric films and her last movie Mary Kom which was a biopic ended as a decent entertainer. Priyanka is currently shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastaani in which she will be seen in an important role. Priyanka has also signed a movie in the direction of Madhur Bhandarkar titled Madamji. The movie shoot should start from November 1st and as per the update the shoot has been delayed and it will start from November 30th. Madhur Bhandarkar is currently busy shooting for Calendar Girls.

Priyanka has been suffering with conjunctivitis and she has been slowly recovering from it. Due to her ill health, Madhur Bhandarkar has decided to postpone the shoot of the film for a month and Madamji will go on to sets on November 30th. The movie will show the struggles and the journey of an item girl who becomes a politician and becomes successful. The film will be shot exclusively in Bhopal, Delhi, Johanpur, Lucknow and Mumbai. The interesting thing is Priyanka Chopra has turned producer with Madamji and she will co produce the movie with Ram Mirchandani. More updates soon.
